D&R08
D&R08 is a campaign lauched by Hope Montfortian. D&R08 means Death & Resurrection by august in Montfort. we are planning to hit 8 people by august. There are different strategies we are going hard for this campaign. One of it is by Networking, People in Montfort are to come out with a market listing. In the Market Listing, it shall contain 2 things, Warm market and Cold market. Warm Market is friends that you talk to occasionally. Cold market are friends whom you just say hi and bye. ( : after sorting out your market listing, we shall now start to call the people in the warm market listing and talk to them. Beat around the bush but not so much to find out their interest. For example, " hey, this A MATH question so hard, wa don know how to do leh. aiya don do liao la. sigh. so what do u usually do during holiday." after knowing their interest, start doing T-UP. T-UP means giving a gist of the good things of your cg members. FOR example, Tom loves to play soccer, so t-up on your cg about socccer. " hey Tom, i usually play soccers with my friends, they are very good man. they participated in the nike challenge......... we always play together. " this creates a curiosity in them in wanting to get to the group, or join the group. When you bring them to your CG mates, SOW can be done thru lots of people, so to release your burden as well. (: A Good T-up will result in High Penetration rate. there are more and more strategies i have implemented in my group. come and ask me i will definitely share to you more. (:
