a recap of this awsome holiday

what i can say for this holiday is that. God Is Faithful. (: Indeed there is a time for everything.

Ecclesiastes 3
¹ There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under heaven:

² a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,

³ a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,

⁴ a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,

⁵ a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,

⁶ a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,

⁷ a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,

⁸ a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

This holiday. most of my time have been spent working with Lex. I can say that i really learned a lot from him of his expertise in aircon and fridge repair. Indeed it was a really time that i had got to know my dad's employee better. Besides i really change my perception of him after working with him. Not only does he teach me skills that he do, but he also teaches me things that i can never learn in school. especially the art of communication with different kind of customers. and the battle of the heart with the customers. what i can say is that this holiday had not been wasted.

One major blessing was also receiving my results. It was really god's blessing upon me to get those results. espcecially MIEC, when the last paper, i did 1 question wrongly and smoked the last question. indeed if god is not lord of all, he is not lord at all.

Another venture i went onto this holiday is to start learning driving. it is really fun to drive and the course of interaction with the instructor also gave me lots of insights about the wisdom of old people. i mean older generation of people. the hardwork they need to pay in order to make a living for themselves. GOD THANK YOU, that i'm born in 1991. hahaha. and not 1965 or later.hahaha

This holiday also gives me time to start learning skills in the new ministry that i'm in. Floor managing. it is indeed a whole new different level of service onto god. i used to dislike serving during service, as i might not be able to absorb what was said in service. but after serving as an usher in services, i come to realise that, when my heart is ready to listen from god. no matter what i'm doing. god will definitely speaks. he will create so many opportunites for you to hear and listen to what he says.

Following up on ministry. This holiday also provides me more time to really think deeper into the ministry that i'm overseeing. That the ministry that i'm overseeing should be fruitful and not mundane and not just "DUTY". The implimentation of Bonding, Task, Spirituality helps me to see the route housekeeping and holy comm can go into. In which people come to ministry not just to GIVE but to RECEIVE from the things that they are doing.

I really look forward to the school reopening. Its going to be exciting. i'm going to join Outward Bounds as my cca. if not i will be like a floating log or nerd or wandering soul. hahhaa.
