Thanksgiving 2010

January

Thank God for a new shepherd Yeong deng. I feel that he is someone that is always there to listen and guide me when I needed help. Thank you!

Thank god for allowing me to enter NP through DPA. It had been a fun and fulfilling time during the time we have in DPA. The friendship that was built through it. It had been awesome!

Thank God for My ‘O’ levels which I scored something which I did not expect. ENGLISH B3, that is shocking to see that result. Because usually I would score c5 or c6 or even a fail. But indeed it’s a blessing. Overall thank you for L1R4 9, L1R5 13.

February

Thank God that it was a time of passing on my baton of Housekeeping role to Emily. I know that she will bring the group to a higher and greater level than what I did. That Housekeeping ministry will grow from glory to glory, that it will be a time for a greater breakthrough in that ministry. And I believed it had happened in housekeeping now! Jia you MAN!
March

Mission Trip was Awesome. It was a time in which I really learnt a lot from people of other country. Totally unknown to me. I thank you for this time as it was a real good experience for future missions and also an opportunities to see other part of the hope movement fulfilling one great purpose!

Transfer to Minops! It was a mixed of many different feelings. Both good, challenging and many other indescribable feeling!. Hahaha but it was a time of real growth… being in minops is a whole new different group for a different calling but fulfilling one great purpose! One thing I really learned about being in MINOPS is INDEPENDENT! Being independent of my own spiritual life, because everyone is so busy. You can’t really depend on others for your growth but your own personal walk GOT TO BE STRONG!

A new start in Searching! One new thing I started doing in Minops is to oversees The holy comm ministry. The month of march was a time in which I was still exploring about this ministry. Overall to put it. I feel that there is a lot of things to grow, as the church grow, ministries have to grow to support the church growth as well. (:

First New FEMALE shepherd. EEVOON KOH! It was indeed a great and wonderful time having you as my shepherd. A new different mentor for my life. Thank you for your guidance and your willingness to listen to all my nonsensical things that I have!
April

School started in late April. It was complete BLURNESS and stupidity. Cause I really don know what is going on and how things are going to turn out. (: but thank you for being there when I needed you.!

JUNE

Camp was awesome. Unstoppable. One great thing I remember about this camp is the church building that was made in the midst of camp. and I injured my leg. Hahaha . that was my first camp with MINOPS. One word to put it = HECTIC! Hahaha a lot of things to do. But indeed camp was awesome. It was a time when I get to know people deeper. Like my CG member. THANK YOU GOD!

Retreat at both of Housekeeping and Holy Comm Ministry. Housekeeping had it at botanic garden in which they had a picnic style of retreat. It was great as it had allow people to really just talk , bond and camwhore. Hahaha . HOLY comm retreat was great either. It was at east-coast park having fun there and heading to old air-port road for some nice dishes. (:

EMMANUEL CALEB SEAH HUA XIANG! That’s my baptism name. thank god that I baptized on the 12 july 2009. It was a time in which I made a public proclamation of my love for god! GOD is with US. The Faithful one. Thank you!

At the same time, it was a changed in shepherd, To DK! THANK YOU. I think I cannot count how many shepherd I have changed already. But I thank you for being someone there to give me advise when I needed. You do not force me in doing things that I do not want to do. But you guide me along, when I needed help . THANK YOU! (:

Thank You for my parents for giving me care and concerns to me when I needed them the most. Thank you!

15 august sermon was one powerful one that stuck in my head till now. The 3 application points were, MORE, USE ME, USE ME MORE. Thank you for that, it really got me fire up for always wanting more of you and using my life to be an influence.!

The start of putting a blessing board in my room to remind of god’s faithfulness. It was great to see it now. As I collect all of it and start penning it down and writing it down here.


GC was a great learning point for me. It helped me experience serving god In awhole new different level and way. (: Thank you

Start of working with Ah Lex( Dad’s technician), it was a great time of working with him as I have really learned a lot both in skills and many different life skills.

The start of ushering. And the the spark of the vision of task+bonding+spiritual= ministry. That in all the ministry duty, it should consist of all these things.

My Birthday. THANK YOU CG! Thank you people who gave me card and wished me happy birthday. Especially some of my ex-dpa school mates who celebrated for me. Thank you.!

The start of learning to DRIVE!!! Woohoo. As now I’m typing this. I m looking forward to my driving test which is coming soon. Hope I can pass man!

M.A.D= the whole coordination and planning of this event was very good and fruitful. I guess it was a time where I really learnt a lot when I start to work with people of different level.

YAY GOT my ipod touch!!! Hahaha… hope I can sell it next time!

Thank God for the Common test! I found out that I did well! (:

2nd camp with minops was different! Haha but it was a good time of overcoming one of my fear in camp!

Retreats with Housekeeping And Holy Comm!!! Hahaha Great Year of Ministry! More To Come!
